OUR TEAM

Ulinzi Wa Wasichana is proudly led by four dynamic young women, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to the security industry. This female-led team embodies our commitment to diversity and empowerment in a traditionally male-dominated field. Our leadership and staff undergo rigorous training and continuous development to stay at the forefront of the security industry. Currently, our directors are engaged in a Coaching and Mentoring program with Geopolitical Intelligence (Pty) Ltd (GI Advisory) to further enhance our operational excellence and strategic capabilities.

Wamukelwe Mahlangu, 24 years old, was born in Phola, Ogies. She graduated in from Emergency Procedure Training Aviation Academy, specializing in passenger ground handling and cabin crew. This training has equipped her with strong customer service and people management skills. Wamukelwe is a Grade B accredited security officer with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and is eager to further her studies in security management to advance her career.

Simthembile Zwane

Simthembile Christiania Zwane, 25 years old, was born and raised in Phola, part of the eMalahleni Local Municipality. She studied Electrical Engineering and gained valuable experience in coal mining, specifically in surface plant operation and maintenance. Simthembile is a Grade B accredited security officer with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Security and Safety at the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Nontuthuzelo Hope Nkethe, 24 years old, holds a Diploma in Travel Management and Tourism as well as a computer certificate. She has experience in the customer service industry, which honed her communication and client management skills. Nontuthuzelo is a Grade B accredited security officer with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and is currently furthering her studies to expand her expertise in security and business administration.

Gugu Sheron Majola, 22 years old, is a university student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies with intentions of majoring in Industrial Psychology.
She holds a Basic Computer Certificate and is always eager to learn new things. Gugu is a Grade B accredited security officer with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), combining her academic pursuits with practical experience in the security industry.

ADVISORY

Lunga Dweba serves as the Strategy Advisor for Ulinzi wa Wasichana, bringing 24 years of local and international experience, including military service and strategic partnerships in the DRC, Rwanda, UK, and Switzerland.

His Grade A PSiRA certification, role as an External Security Expert in the United Nations Protection Working Group, and duties as a Commissioner of Oaths in the Tshwane Central Magistrate district underscore his credibility and expertise in security and law enforcement.

Lunga’s deep knowledge of strategy and risk management, combined with a global geopolitical perspective, shapes Ulinzi's highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
