Valentia Mkhabela
Valentia Mkhabela founded Siyanqoba Ngamandla Holdings in 2013 and has led its growth from a single operation into a diversified business group employing approximately 620 people. Her experience spans strategy, financial management, engineering services, mining and logistics, energy, and stakeholder engagement.
She holds a B-Tech in Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship Management, and is currently completing her BBA Honours at MANCOSA, with research focused on green supply chain management and organisational competitiveness.
Recognised nationally for job creation and women in business leadership, she is a 2024 Business Partners Limited Job Creator of the Year winner and a finalist in the 2024 Standard Bank Top Women Awards and the 2025 Nedbank Oliver Top Empowerment Awards.
Edmund Monare
Edmund Monare brings more than 28 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, and business development. He joined Siyanqoba Ngamandla Holdings as General Manager in September 2024 and was appointed Acting Group Chief Executive Officer in 2026.
His career includes serving as Managing Director at TMG People Solutions, Chief Operations Officer at RAPX Mining Solutions, and founder CEO of Kenako ED Group, giving him board-level experience across logistics, staffing, and mining. He holds a Senior Management Programme from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Thokozani Nkosi
Thokozani Nkosi has more than 27 years of experience in the mining sector. He holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) and has built his career around improving operational efficiencies and driving strategic growth within mining operations.
Lindokuhle Mkhabela
Lindokuhle Mkhabela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Finance and Strategic Management. She serves as Key Accounts Manager at group level and as a director of Siyanqoba Ngamandla Mining & Logistics, with responsibilities spanning team leadership and key business functions.
Ayanda Makua
Ayanda Makua serves as Commercial & Procurement Manager at group level and as a director of Siyanqoba Ngamandla Energy. She brings a background in operations management and is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management.
Charlene Masango
Charlene Masango serves as Finance & Payroll Controller at group level and as a director of Siyanqoba Ngamandla Energy. She is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, building on her foundation in finance.
