This initiative was launched in the first quarter of 2025 to equip young people with technical skills that open doors to employment and entrepreneurship. It delivers value in four areas: youth, communities, business, and clients.For Youth: This learnership goes beyond certification. It provides market-relevant skills, practical experience, and prepares participants for opportunities in maintenance, repairs, and entrepreneurship.

For Communities: It opens pathways out of unemployment in areas where economic opportunities are limited.
For Business: The programme builds a skilled workforce pipeline in operational areas and shows genuine commitment to transformation.
For Clients: It supports Social and Labour Plan requirements and meets community development obligations.
November 2025 Progress
Our learners have transitioned from theory to practical training – an important step toward their NQF Level 3 qualifications. Learners have received gadgets, toolboxes, and training equipment for practical training that meets industry standards.

Upon successful completion, participants earn industry-recognized certification – showing how skills development creates value when designed with clear objectives and genuine commitment to outcomes.
The initiative is fully resourced by Siyanqoba Ngamandla Holdings, a Mpumalanga-based emerging conglomerate that operates through five subsidiaries: Engineering, Mining & Logistics, Energy, Facilities Management, and Financial Services. The company remains committed to youth development through skills training that creates real opportunities.
